Happy Mother's Day

For our kids that are in Primary we made these lovely beauties for them to give to their moms.  It was a lot of fun working as a presidency getting them together.  And the ones that broke samples tasted awesome.

And we had to have a professional sampler.  Lauren ate like 12 strawberries, only one coated it chocolate.

Note:  According to the Hershey's website, you add 2 TB of shortening to 12 ounces of chocolate for a nice smoothe finnish.  Butter, margerine andoil have water and that will affect the chocolate!
